Another Texas interlude: Billy Bob's RV repair near San Antonio

After having some troubles with our electric water heater, we decided to book an appointment to remedy this problem.  Our first Google search led us to Billy Bob's....Hmm.  we decided to overcome the stereotype conjured up by the company's name, and,  what a GREAT decision that was!  Billy Bob's turned out to be a very professional outfit run by a man in his early 30s Brandon (aka Billy Bob) and his wife Lisa.  All the employees we met (also quite young!) were very complimentary about their boss and work environment. The premises were spotless and well organized.

On Sunday evening, as agreed, we were greeted by a security guard who introduced us to his boss Billy Bob who was on the premises working on his custom dirt track race car.  We were assigned a parking spot near their security camera to further ensure our safety. We then "boondocked" (i.e. parked overnight free of charge) in their lot, among all the other "big rigs"...

The next morning, Jonathan, our technician, a highly qualified young man, arrived with one of the company's mobile service vehicles and promptly diagnosed our problem then went to get the required part.  We were on our way about two and a half hours later, relieved only of a very reasonable amount of US dollars.  American entrepreneurial spirit at its best...
